The ergonomic crank turns smoothly, so you get freshly ground pepper with very little effort. To change the grind, turn the u'Select ring at the base of the mill and choose from six preset settings, from a fine grind for sauces and dressings to a coarse grind for steaks and roasts.
Each mill is made in France from beechwood sourced from PEFC-certified French forests, and the pepper mechanism is guaranteed for life.
