Vegetable and Truffle Cheese Gratin
Ingredients:
- 1 large potato
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 medium parsnip
- 100g truffle cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel the vegetables and slice them thinly using a mandolin.
- Arrange the slices in the ramekins, alternating the vegetables. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil every 3 slices.
- Top with a bit of truffle cheese and bake for 35 minutes. Check to see if it is cooked with a knife tip, which should easily pierce through.
- At the end of the cooking time, season the gratins with salt and pepper before serving with salad, and the meat or fish of your choice.
