Smoked Salmon Rolls with Avocado and Goat Cheese
- For 12 rolls

Ingredients
- 6 slices smoked salmon or trout
- 100g of fresh goat cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- fresh chives
- poppy seeds
- sesame seeds
- salt
- Sichuan pepper
Instructions
- Cut a large sheet of cellophane paper then place it on the work surface.
- Place the salmon/trout slices on the cellophane paper, placing them so as to obtain a large rectangle.
- Make a line with the cheese on the bottom of the salmon slices, like preparing a maki.
- Add thin slices of avocado to the cream cheese (and / or cucumber if desired). Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently roll using cellophane paper, tightening the roller tightly. Once rolled, rewrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours so that all the flavors can be revealed during tasting.
- Cut the rolls and add the seeds of your choice as well as freshly chopped chives.

- you can mix avocado or crushed peas with fresh goat cheese
