Ingredients
4 sea bream fillets
2 courgettes, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 aubergine, sliced
2 onions, finely chopped
Olive oil
White balsamic vinegar
Sikara pepper
Flax seeds
Instructions
Spread the onions at the bottom of the dish and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt
Evenly arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the onion and season with olive oil and salt
Bake for 35 minutes at 170°C = 338°F
Season the fillets with salt and ground flax seeds
Remove the vegetables from the oven and season with Sikara pepper and olive oil
Lay the sea bream fillets skin-side up on top of the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil
