Underneath the iconic is Peugeot’s innovative Zirlion mechanism. Crafted from ultra-hard zirconia, it delivers exceptional durability and a perfectly fine grind. The precise adjustment system lets you choose the perfect texture, from fine powder for delicate seasoning to coarse crystals for a more pronounced crunch, giving you complete control over how you finish your dishes. Adjust between coarseness levels using the u’Select grind adjustment, with six pre-defined grind sizes marked along the bottom ring of the mill.
