Strawberry salad with a touch of balsamic vinegar and vanilla ice cream
Pepper : Kampot Pepper
- Cut the carefully-washed strawberries into halves or quarters depending on their size.
- Place in a salad bowl, add a touch of sugar or honey, and mix gently.
- Put into the recipient of your choosing, such as a plate, dish or bowl.
- Add a pretty curl of vanilla ice cream and flavour with a few drops of good-quality balsamic vinegar, finely-chopped fresh mint and finely-ground Cambodian Kampot black pepper.
Recommended grind: Fine (1 or 2)
