Ingredients:

200 g sea bass
4 tbsp wheat flour
1 egg
2 thick slices of frozen bread
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Prepare the panko breadcrumbs: after removing the crust, blend the frozen bread until you obtain a fine powder. Place in a shallow bowl.
Cut the sea bass fillets into 6 cm pieces. Wipe with some absorbent paper and season with some salt.
Whisk the egg in a bowl and place the flour in another shallow bowl.
Coat the sea bass pieces: place them in the flour, followed by the whisked egg and then the panko breadcrumbs.
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the croquettes for about five minutes on each side.
Once cooked, season with pepper and eat with your favourite sauce.
