- 100g Blue cheese (Fourme d’Ambert, Stilton Cheese…) (3/4 cup)
- 10g Butter for the dish (2 teaspoons)

- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (320°F).
- In a medium sauce pan, heat the milk and oil on medium-low using a whisk to incorporate.
- Meanwhile prepare the bread by mixing flour, yeast, and grated cheese. Then add salt and eggs.
- Dice the bananas and blue cheese and incorporate into the flour-egg batter.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
