Banana and Blue Cheese Bread

Ingredients
- 250g Flour (about 1 ¼ cup)
- 12g Yeast (a little over 2 teaspoons)
- 130g Sunflower oil (a little over ½ cup)
- 200g Milk (1 cup)
- 5 eggs
- 40g Grated cheese (1/3 cup)
- 2 Bananas
- 100g Blue cheese (Fourme d’Ambert, Stilton Cheese…) (3/4 cup)
- 10g Butter for the dish (2 teaspoons)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (320°F).
- In a medium sauce pan, heat the milk and oil on medium-low using a whisk to incorporate.
- Meanwhile prepare the bread by mixing flour, yeast, and grated cheese. Then add salt and eggs.
- Dice the bananas and blue cheese and incorporate into the flour-egg batter.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Coat the pan with butter. Pour the batter and bake for 75 min.
