Salmon with asparagus and parmesan

For 3 portions:

  • Preparation: 15 minutes
  • Cooking: 20 minutes


  • 400gr of salmon
  • 500gr of asparagus
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or a crushed garlic clove
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 50gr of grated Parmesan
  • Pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 210° C (or 410° F)
  • In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, olive oil, Parmesan, and pepper.
  • Wipe the salmon with a paper towel to remove moisture. Wash and cut the asparagus.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of your ceramic dish and add the salmon and asparagus.
  • Pour mixture from bowl over the salmon and asparagus. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the asparagus is tender.
